Our

in Cincinnati, Ohio, Galaxy Associates began developing and promoting
specialty process chemicals to the Metal Finishing and Pulp & Paper
industries.
•
In 2003, Galaxy purchased Nalco’s Transportation
Group. With this
transaction, Galaxy Associates entered into the Transportation Industry,
providing cleaning programs, along with process spray systems.
•
In
2004, Galaxy acquired Fremont Industrial expanding its Metal Finishing
business and product offerings. With over 50 years of providing product
and services to the Metal Finishing industry, incorporation of Fremont
into the Galaxy organization, strengthened Galaxy’s presence in this
industry.
•
In
2007, Galaxy purchased Innovative Chemical Solutions (ICS), a
Metalworking based company. Acquisition
of ICS allowed Galaxy to expand into metalworking and process cleaning
operations.
•
In
2008, Rieskamp Equipment Company was acquired.
This transaction strengthened Galaxy’s ability to manufacture
and service a larger assortment of vehicle wash systems.
With over 40 years experience Rieskamp engineered, manufactured,
installed, and serviced vehicle wash systems for the bus, rail,
trucking, petroleum, municipal, and military customers around the world.
•
